About the Artist

Carolyn Scott Panzica was born in Buffalo NY and is a graduate of the Rhode Island School of Design in Providence Rhode Island as well as La Varenne Ecole de Cuisine in Paris France.  After 20 years of successful business ownership, her mastery of sugar has transcended it's traditional , temporary form and become a permanent work of art.  Her work has been featured in Gourmet Magazine, Pastry Arts and Design, American Cake Decorator and Harper's Bazaar.  She has been a  featured guest in sugar art shows in Toronto Canada, Napa Valley California and London England.  

She resides in West Falls NY and Muskoka Canada with her husband and three children.
